独自ドメインのメール無料転送サービス Forward Email 経由のメールが Delivery Status Notification (Failure) や Delivery Status Notification (Delay) などのエラーが発生して Gmail へ届きにくくなっていた件をご紹介します。

背景 Forward Email の denylist に登録されてしまった

Forward Email 経由のメールが Gmail で Delivery Status Notification エラーが発生して正常に届きにくくなっていたので、調べたのが本記事です。

理由としては、お問い合わせフォーム経由のメールを Forward Email 経由で独自ドメインのメールアドレス宛にメール送信していたのですが、結果として Forward Email 経由でスパムメールを Gmail へ送信しまくるという結果になっていたので、Forward Email の denylist に登録されてしまったようでした。

メール件名 Delivery Status Notification (Delay)

以下、メール本文の例です。

配信未完了
[email protected] へのメールの配信中に一時的な問題が発生しました。Gmail は 46 時間再試行し、配信できなかった場合はお知らせします。
