When Google Drive files are completely deleted, Google might be able to restore them?

When someone consulted me saying “I don’t really understand why, but files in Google Drive have been completely deleted, what should I do?”, I looked into it and found that if you contact Google, they might be able to restore files within a certain period.

The likely cause seems to be accidentally deleting local environment files when syncing your PC with Google Drive, but the truth is unknown.

It seems good to contact Google Apps for Work Help Forum immediately when you notice the issue.

That’s all from the Gemba.
