I’ll introduce how to change YouTube’s default privacy settings for video uploads.

YouTube
To set video defaults:
  1. Sign in to your YouTube account.
  2. Select Account icon > [Creator Studio] in the top right corner.
  3. Select [Channel] > [Upload defaults] in the left menu.
  4. Choose your default settings.
  5. Click [Save].

✓ Even after uploading videos, you can change settings by going to [Video Manager] and selecting the video to modify.

If you’re uploading videos for YouTuber purposes, having the default as [Public] should be fine.

On the other hand, if you want to share internal meetings within a team, having [Private] as the default would be safer, so it’s nice that you can change default settings according to usage.

That’s all from the Gemba.
