SNS strategies learned from 'Achieving Dreams Through SNS'

I recently read the book 『SNS で夢を叶える ニートだった私の人生を変えた発信力の育て方』(Achieving Dreams Through SNS: How Developing Communication Skills Changed My Life from Being a NEET) which contained helpful content about SNS strategies, so I’d like to share it.

Don't make the same posts on every SNS

To get people to view all SNS platforms, "not making the same posts on each platform" is a point I care about most.

When I occasionally see people whose Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter posts are all the same, I think “I only need to follow one of them,” so I could relate to this point from personal experience.

SNS can be started with no risk

If you wanted to start a business from scratch, you'd have to raise funds, handle necessary procedures, and do many things. Considering the risk of bankruptcy, you couldn't start with half-hearted feelings. But posting on SNS doesn't cost a single yen, and you don't need to prepare massive amounts of paperwork. You can start with no risk.

I thought this had a similar perspective about “no risk” to what a CEO I had lunch with recently was talking about in なぜ一日四時間もTwitterをするのか? その四つの理由 - やまだもとやすのブログ (Why do I spend four hours a day on Twitter? Four reasons - Motoyasu Yamada’s Blog).

That’s all from the Gemba where I want to properly develop my SNS strategy as an engineer.
