I’ll introduce what I found when researching how to check TinyMCE Usage and what happens when it’s exceeded.
I was using TinyMCE’s Essential plan and was curious whether the service would become unavailable when usage is exceeded, so I investigated.
Current usage (Cloud Essential Usage) can be checked at https://www.tiny.cloud/my-account/dashboard/.
Historical Usage can be checked at https://www.tiny.cloud/my-account/profile/.
What happens if I go over the limits? We understand that sometimes usage fluctuates, that is why we do not strictly enforce editor load usage if you occasionally exceed your plan entitlements. However, if you are consistently over your editor usage entitlements we will contact you to upgrade your account. You will be able to access current usage, as well as historical usage directly in your account.
So it appears that exceeding usage won’t immediately make the service unavailable.
That’s all from the Gemba on being relieved to learn that exceeding TinyMCE usage won’t immediately result in service suspension.
