Let me briefly describe personnel as well. As mentioned earlier, I thought there might be opportunities for veterans from major space companies or space engineers from universities and research institutes, but since I couldn't identify talent, I took the following actions:

・Read past space conference papers extensively ・List professors who had published technical papers that seemed necessary for space debris removal ・Make appointments with professors ・Meet them to learn about their research while asking if any graduates or current students among their students are interested in space ventures ・Actually meet them and bow my head to ask them to join

You might wonder if I really did such things. But I actually went to space conferences where engineers gathered, met space engineers who had good reputations from professors, and bowed my head to them. It was honesty itself. All of this was the result of breaking down actions thoroughly.

(人材についても、簡単に記述しておこう。前述のように、大手宇宙企業のOBや、大学や研究所の宇宙エンジニアにはチャンスがあるかもしれないと思ったが、それでも目利きができないので、アクションとしては下記をとった。

・過去の宇宙カンファレンスの論文を読みまくる ・スペースデブリ除去に必要そうな技術論文を過去に発表していた教授をリストアップする ・教授にアポを取る・会って研究内容を伺いつつ、卒業生や現役生の中に宇宙ベンチャーに興味がある教え子がいないか相談する ・実際に会って、頭を下げて来てもらう

こんなことを実際にやっているのかと思われるかもしれない。だが、私は本当に、エンジニアが集まる宇宙カンファレンスに行っては、教授たちからよい評判を聞いていた宇宙エンジニアに会い、頭を下げていた。愚直そのものである。それもすべては、アクションを細分化した結果なのだ。)
