Onamae Email MX Record TTL Cannot Be Changed with Default Name Servers
I’ll introduce a case where the TTL of Onamae Email’s MX record could not be changed with the default name servers.
In preparation for migrating email servers from Onamae Email to Google Workspace, I tried to change the MX record TTL to the minimum value.

You can see that the DNS record settings for Onamae Email’s [Shared Server SD] don’t have TTL in the MX record settings, so you can’t override the default MX record TTL for Onamae Email.
Also, when trying to add mx22.gmoserver.jp
via [Add DNS Record] from the control panel, the following error message appears:
⚠️ An error occurred.Records with the same content as standard settings cannot be added. To return the settings for the specified record type to standard settings, please restore the content of that record type to standard settings.
This prevented adding DNS records.
That’s all from the Gemba about learning that Onamae Email’s default MX record TTL settings cannot be changed.
