Adding ht-japan-hotel-research to hermes-talaria — A Configurable Japan Hotel Research Skill for Business Trips

I added ht-japan-hotel-research to hermes-talaria: a skill that hands Japan business-trip hotel research to an AI agent across hotel official sites, Yahoo! Travel, Rakuten Travel, and Jalan. The set of research targets is selectable through research.sites, and non-selected sites are excluded from candidate discovery, dated-plan search, retries, and fallback. This write-up walks through the design decisions I made while reviewing the PR: configurable site selection, full station coverage along a rail corridor, price normalization that separates tax-included and tax-excluded totals, splitting in-policy and approval-needed candidates, split-and-resume research, and keeping personal settings out of Git.
