Xcode でアプリを iPhone へ実機転送しようとしたらエラーが発生して、転送できませんでした。

■ エラー内容

Xcode cannot run using the selected device.

No provisioned iOS devices are available with a compatible iOS version. Connect an iOS device with a recent enough version of iOS to run your application or choose an iOS simulator as the destination.

■ 解決方法

Organize を開く
左メニューの実機転送したい端末（iPhoneなど）をクリック
「Use for Development」ボタンをクリック
