macOS にて　gem install pg で An error occurred while installing pg (1.4.5), and Bundler cannot continue. というエラーメッセージが発生したときの解決方法をご紹介します。

  activerecord-tenant-level-security was resolved to 0.0.1, which depends on
    pg

解決方法 brew install libpq

brew install libpq

echo 'export PATH="/opt/homebrew/opt/libpq/bin:$PATH"' >> ~/.zshrc

再び bundle install

bin/setup

または、

bundle install

などで gem install pg できたら完了です。
